I applied through university. I interviewed at Cushman & Wakefield (Denver, CO) in Jan 2017
Interview
Very easy behavioral questions with a small focus on harbor flex and some data mapping skills needed. Helps if you know someone there before you apply as always. Grab some facts off of the website about programs to speak about during interviews
HR lead will come over, around 1.5 hours, If you really good at talking will take a long time
self-intro in 1 mins, over 1 min is fine
How much do you know about cushman
Deeply ask about your career planning, eg for me ask about IT work a lot.
What do you want for your internship
Chinese + English
Good. They ask a ton of team based questions, very light on the technicals. Id say just show them you have a good heart and thats it they want to teach you not have you come move their companys stock
