Comprehensive, friendly and professional telephone interview with recruitment team followed up by a face to face interview with a senior (?) manager. This was less professional, the interview could have been more structured and thought through in terms of questions. Whilst friendly, the interviewer came across as not being engaged, poor active listening and didn't take any notes. Quite inpatient delivery, prompting me to finish my answers to questions mid way through. I was not impressed with the interviewer or the interview itself. The interview finished early, as I went to say thank you and shake their hand they had disappeared through another door leaving me at the lift. Needless to say it wasn't a great experience.
