It's wasn't a scheduled interview, received a call from a person whom requested to refer. After few questionnaire about the career experience, they want me to degrade at senior analyst level, for which I denied. I came across further two pupil who shared the same experience. Firstly, I don't see any opening for senior Analyst then how come you want a person to degrade. Secondly, You wasn't to hire a candidate with around 10-12 yrs of exp for senior analyst position!
