It had many rounds of interview and tests to clear. It included mock calls and demos. Sometimes even with team members who weren't the manager. Overall it was a good learning process. You can sometimes tally yourself as to where you stand

Interview
The interview process was conducted virtually and placed a strong emphasis on communication skills. Prior to the main interview, there were three additional rounds. These rounds included a Mercer round specifically designed to assess communication abilities, followed by a group discussion to gauge collaborative skills, and finally, a product test round to evaluate practical knowledge and expertise.

Interview
Overall the virtual interview was good. The company had a very detailed way of taking the candidates best outcome and set many stages of interview to eliminate one by one and get the best people for the business.
It was a long process, one needs to go through different test stages, to finally come up with the personal interview.
One needs to clear Group discussion, aptitude round, versatility test, product test than finally face to face interview.
