Cvent Sales Associate interview questions

Cvent seemed to have the interviews set up in a way that ensured 2/4 of the people you talked to were very kind and welcoming, and the other two acted like you were beneath them and beneath this position. I'm not sure why they would treat prospective employees that way, as I did not want to work at the company anymore afterwards, despite getting an offer.
