The interview process was in depth and covered all bases. First step being a light intro, the second step being introduced to the CEO which I thought was a nice touch. Then finally the last stage was a test to see what I could do when given a task and time to prepare.

Quite laid back atmosphere with a little bit of a test in the last one. Good process but then a very rigorous/fast background check after sending an offer (order your own new dbs (past 3month ones not accepted)) and they call your references.
