After the second interview i did not even get a call from the company nor an email.
Ghosting any candidate should be shameful.

I had introductory meetings with HR and the VP of Sales, which were followed by an assignment and a final conversation. The negotiation process was pleasant and friendly, and overall the process took me only two weeks from the start to receiving the contract.

Interview
I was originally contacted by an executive recruiter. I first met with the CTO, then the CEO. Next came a meeting with the head of HR. After that were 2 meetings to discuss my observations on their current marketing and my thoughts on future marketing opportunities. Afterwards came the offer and a bit of negotiation. Finally there was a meeting with one of the board members.
The entire process was very well managed and focused on both technical competencies and cultural fit which I appreciate. In fact, the professional manner in which the process was conducted gave me great confidence that I was dealing with a top notch organization and group of people!
