I got contacted on LinkedIn by the global HR manager of DMI. After I showed interest for the posision offered I had three interviews. One was on phone with the recruiter, and after that one I had two more skype interviews - one with the department manager (more regarding my previos experiance and my skills) and the final one wit the global HR manager (more personal, to see my aspirations and fit in company culture). All the interviewers were highly professional and made me feel relaxed.
