Typical process with a phone screen, then invitation for an on site interview. Interviewers were very professional. DMI has a beautiful facility for their employees. The HR team is very professional.

Interview
Met with senior program personnel and we discussed my background and what I was bringing to the table. Since I had extensive civilian market experience in software development and programming, I was able to easily convince the interviewer that I had the skills and experience that the company was looking for to grow their program.
