Interview
Initially, I got a phone interview with DOG Media via Fordham University Career Services. The interviewer and I hit it off in our conversation. He sounded like a personable, laid-back guy. I had been considering several other internships. Nevertheless, it seemed like a cultural fit for me, so I agreed to work at DOG Media. As an 'Aspiring Leader' at DOG Media, I fell in love with marketing and got immeasurable work experience.

Interview
The CEO and I had the interview on campus, and the entire interview process was not stressed at all. It was quite enjoyable. We did not talk much about the internship itself, but more like personal goals and passion. Basically, it was more like a chatting than a interview. Because that was my first internship interview, I prepared a lot of common interview questions prior to the meeting and I was a bit nervous about it, but in turned out to be very casual. The CEO was very friendly and down to earth. I had such a good time talking with him. So, one recommendation is just to be yourself and smile!
