I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at DPR Construction (Redwood City, CA) in Apr 2016
Interview
Had a phone interview, after which was flown in for an in-person interview. Interviewed with six people over the course of 3 hours, typical round-robin style. Everyone I talked to verified the things I had read and researched about DPR. After waiting 2 weeks, I e-mailed about an update and they called the next day to make me an offer.
I applied through university. I interviewed at DPR Construction
Interview
4 hours long interview, 4 one-on-one interviews (15 min each), group activities with other candidates, final video confession to record following up a question and a final pizza get togther.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at DPR Construction (Raleigh, NC)
Interview
Very non traditional, had to do team building exercises with people I’m directly interviewing against. Based off this I ruled out dpr as an employee I would work for. Did 5 min speed interviews with 5 groups of 3.
Relaxed and enjoyable, 5 different interviews all were not too bad. Interviewing for personality, they do not ask you any test questions. They just want to see your enthusiasm for building things.
