Phone interview, then person interview, then a final phone interview of acceptance or I assume denial if that so happened to be the situation. Adding more to this to meet the minimum requirement, as there isn't anything additional to state.

Interview
3 point interview. First, a phone interview to start with the operations manager, just a quick briefing of your who and why, then a scheduled time to come in to meet and discuss past experiences and what the company is all about . A second phone interview with the senior project manager, this is more technical and in depth. Third interview with the CEO as a welcome, questions of your personal life, and such.

Interview
I had the initial Human Resource phone interview followed by a phone interview with the hiring manager. Standard questions about my background and skills. Professional and very easy to talk. I was offered the job the next day when I was expecting to be scheduled for a face to face. Hind sight...the whole process seemed rushed.
