The interview process was pretty simple, a single interview with a local manager who was really only there for administrative purposes and two remote interviewers one was the team lead and another a tech specialist.
The bar for entry was pretty low the team was really struggling for appropriately qualified talent.
I was not totally appropriately qualified but I was probably more qualified than the majority of the team at the time.
The team was also having issues with specific technologies which is the area they mainly focussed on and I had experience in those issues,
