3 interviews - one during “open house”, one phone interview with HR manager, and another in person interview with directors. In person interview made me unsure of myself based on the types of probing or clarifying questions, but otherwise in person interviewers made me very comfortable.

Interview
The process moved fairly quick, role needed to be filled immediately/ also I am an internal employee. many of the questions were scenario based questions relating from leadership to behavioral type of questions.
After applying for an FA job and not getting it the recruiter reached out to me to see if I was still interested in the Assistant position. There was a phone screening and then a panel interview with two interviewers. One was precepting the other so the second one directed the interview.
