There were multiple interviewers, but the atmosphere was pretty friendly. It was nerve wrecking at first, but they put you at ease.. They mostly asked situational questions and what your response would be. Overall, the interview was a positive experience.
It is an Interactive , easy and not intimidating interview. Called me back for offer within 2 weeks. I was interviewed by 2 FA. The interview is structured and they were friendly .

Over the phone interview, very chill. After the interview, they invited me for a job preview to come in for one hour in the hospital - meet the team, get a tour, put on the floor with a nurse, and shadow, and see what they go through, and see the pt’s. If everyone agrees yes, then they present formal offer.
