In mu case it was phone interview and one long interview when I met 5 different managers and directors. I was also required to do personality test which was helping to discover my strong sides etc

During the first Telephone interview I was asked my current working situation and basic questions regarding my experience. After a good conversation the recruiter forgot my answers and called me back up two days later to ask me the same questions. ( most likely so she could write her notes on myself when sending across my profile internally) After two telephone calls I was invited in to have a meeting with the internal Resourcer who initially telephone screened me. I was then asked the same questions for the third time, regarding my current working situation, I was told the director was busy and that she would get back to me regarding a time to meet the account director. After a whole week of no feedback despite chasing for feedback I was eventually informed when I called in that the role is no longer available as the requirement is no longer needed but they will come in contact when the job is live again. Today I have seen they have employed someone else, who has no recruitment experience. I am not upset that i was offered any work, as I am currently a passive candidate. I never write reviews but the recruitment journey that I endured was diabolical, a real waste of time and a poorly managed interview process. If you are going to apply for a job role I highly recommend contacting a director directly opposed to applying online and being handled by the internal team.
