Interview
Interview was very laid back. Managers are looking to see if you will fit into the culture of the company. Sit down and meet with the Director and Senior Engineer. A tour of the facility was given. Not technical. Enjoyable with a combination of laughs and straight talk. A good overview of the position and company is given.
