Describe a time you influence your team successfully
Clearly didn't know what they were looking for. Waste of time. I think they were looking for someone who knew everything, and it was a bit off putting. I wish that they had just been clearer in the job description.
More an interrogation vs. an interview. Which would be fine, given the nature of the role (sales), but when a company reaches out to you and sets up time to tell you more about the role/company... little odd
