I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Datamatics Global Services (Andheri) in Feb 2018
Interview
11:00 am to 7:30 pm, I spent whole day and two technical rounds. after completing first round I spent 5 hours. They don't have interview panel. Event after spending whole day with two technical round. after one day, they again called me for 3rd technical round at another location. 3rd round was about 1.5 hours.
If you have schedule to go another company for interview, you should not go to Datamatics.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
First two technical round was really worth full and good. but in 3rd round I have doubt on psychological doubt on interviewer. In order to twist question, they twisted me to understand their question. They are not enough prepared how to twist technical question.
Having a doubt on interview is good, BUT Interviewer should good communicator to ask twisted question. otherwise interviewee will get misunderstood and rejected.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Datamatics Global Services (Bengaluru) in Sept 2020
Interview
I had appeared for an interview for the position of senior Dot net developer. They took 2 rounds of technical interviews and then the HR round. After the HR round, we started with the joining formalities. The HR executive asked me to send all the documents including all the previous company salary slips, offer letters and relieving letters. I was told by the HR executive that I will be receiving the offer letter within 2 days. I submitted the documents and I had happily informed my friends and family about my selection in this company. I also started searching for a PG near the office. But after that the people from the company suddenly stopped taking my phone calls. Around 2 weeks later and after my relentless efforts to contact them, they still didn't pickup the calls, but they informed me through a text message that the position has been closed. I also read similar stories in the reviews from several other people who have suffered at the hands of this pathetic recruitment handling. Thoroughly unprofessional.
