Had 2 interviews, both were content- and job-related, no HR screening. Both lasted about 30 mins, and the interviewers were pretty encouraging. Thought they were progressive rounds but turned out that the 2nd interviewer hadn't known about the 1st. Was told that the next step would have been the in-person meeting at the NYC office, then potentially job offer.
