Initial phone screen was decent. Communication afterwards was Sporadic and not very professional. One day they were “reviewing the job requirements” and the next day “position was filled”, both of which can’t be true at the same time.

Interview
First received a call from very nice HR lady who asked basic questions about my experience and told me a bit more about the role.
The next day, I received an invitation to an in-person interview with 2 potential supervisors.
The interview went well, very conversarional and I was able to learn a lot about the role itself and its expectations.
I waited for a follow-up, emailing the HR lady who kept promising a feedback that actually never came. It has now been more than 3 weeks since my interview and while I was able to honor my appointment, they will not even dignify you with a follow-up email.
Very bad recruitment process for an organization with so much potential.
