The initial recruiter screen was generic and expected. The hiring manager interview was extremely vague and they seemed to be making a very simple process and role unnecessarily complex. I then got rejected because my experience didn't align. Couldn't you see that from my resumé? What a waste of time. The questions were so vague that it was hard to figure out what the interviewer wanted to hear and it was not a two-way conversation. Very put off.

First interview was with a recruiter, seemed very fast and she gave almost no information about the company. Seemed in a rush to get it over with. Second interview was with hiring manager--zero personality or excitement or friendliness. Asked odd questions for a role at this level.

Applied, received an email to do a video pre interview and assessment questions. A couple weeks later got an email to schedule a 30 minute interview with a recruiter and now I am waiting for that.
