Interview
This was easy and friendly. The assistant store manager intervied me and told me of the 2 positions they had. One was customer service and the other was consultant. I told her I'd be more interested in the customer service position and she asked me some questions. I came back the next day to speak to the store manager and she hired me on the spot.
Easy process but took 2-3 average weeks to hear back from employer. They will ask you about tell me about a time but overall is a very easy interview process

Interview
It was a very straightforward and standard interview. Lots of the questions involved previous work experience, skills, and abilities that would be relevant to the position in question. It was one on one, directly with the store manager. It’s an overall very relaxed, professional setting.

In your history, working in customer service, what is one memorable moment, where you faced a challenge and were able to succeed in resolving the issue at hand?
Simple! Manager knew what she was looking for and did not mind that I needed weekends only employment. There was only one interview since I was hired on the spot and started working 2 weeks later.
