Interview
Interview with HR rep who was very new to the organization, followed by interview with the ED, and then another interview with a panel of department heads. Then notifed “we regret to inform you we’re not moving for are with your application” which is a lousy response to some who has already had three interviews.

Davis Phinney utilized resources from The Metiss Group to conduct the first round of interviews. What I really appreciated was that they provided a document in advance outlining all of the accountabilities of the role and prioritization. Beyond the job description, it was a great resource to ensure everyone was grounded in similar vernacular.
