First a 30 minute initial phone call interview.
Got invited to an interview in person after which they seemed to be happy with me and said they want me to speak to the owner before giving me an offer. So we arranged another interview. On the day of the interview he was late and when he finally appeared he started with "I didn't know I had an interview today". Overall seemed quite uninterested and unprofessional.
Never got a call or e-mail back, not even with a rejection, despite my follow up e-mails.
That was before the pandemic but I am posting this here now - why? This sort of treatment should be called out as it is unacceptable.
