Easy phone screening, take home coding challenge followed by an in person interview. Overall process took about three weeks from application to offer. Coding challenge was easy but took several hours.

I had the opportunity to interview in December 2022. I received an invitation email from the hiring manager, who had come across my profile on LinkedIn. Our first interview was brief, focusing mainly on my prior experience. The hiring manager dedicated a significant amount of time to explaining the project I would potentially be working on. Following the initial interview, I was invited to a one-hour coding interview, which went smoothly. I received positive feedback from the hiring manager, which was encouraging. We then scheduled another interview to discuss the feedback from the coding interview. During this conversation, the hiring manager expressed their intention to extend an offer to me. Overall, it was a remarkable experience, and the company's culture left a strong impression on me.
