Dedale Intelligence interview questions

I completed an online test followed by a fit interview with a case study. During the interview, I received very positive feedback: the interviewer explicitly mentioned that my background was interesting, that I was the closest to the real market size among all candidates, and that I would move on to the next round. However, two business days later, I unexpectedly received a rejection email from HR. I reached out both to HR and to the interviewer to better understand the decision, but received no response at all. Given the time invested in preparation and the explicit verbal feedback provided during the interview, the complete lack of follow-up was disappointing and unprofessional. It gave the impression of a poorly coordinated recruitment process and a lack of respect for candidates. I would not recommend

There were 4 rounds, the first was an assignment, the second was a market sizing and fit interview. Followed by a company pitch and then the last round with the leadership and HR. Overall, it took a month. Narrow and changing the goal posts of what they want. There is a mismatch between what they say they are looking for and what they check for. The reason for their rejection of me was that there is something missing in my CV, but my CV was literally screened as step 0. That was incredibly frustrating!
