Phone interview after going through a questionnaire. The questionnaire was a situation-based screening that allowed us to help them understand our emotional intelligence, quick thinking, communication skills and written skills. The phone interview was an exploratory interview with questions around my previous work experience, my eligibility, my preferred working hours and commitment.
