I had my first interview with HR and she was late. I was told that there would be 4 more rounds of interview and a case study. I made it to the hiring manager interview. He was late to the interview. About nine minutes in, I knew I didn't want the job or to work for him. He was cold and had no personality. You can tell that he was stressed. I tried to ask HR about work life balance, but she didn't really answer the question other than you can work any time as they are flexible. Since they are in a hyper growth phase right now, it looks like overtime would be inevitable. Overall, too many red flags. But HR did send a kind email letting me know I won’t be moving forward.
