Initial interview with Talent Acquisition -absolute wastage of time.The talent acquisition rep did not turn up on time.Followed up to be informed that he had other internal meetings -very unprofessional-later turned up after 20 minutes on a 30 minute scheduled interview.Once the interview started -apologised again midway to attend to a courier service.Hard to believe people work here.

My experience with the recruiter interview was unfortunately quite disappointing. The recruiter joined the call approximately 5–10 minutes late and appeared distracted throughout the conversation, frequently looking at and responding to messages on his phone while I was speaking.
Additionally, the interview environment did not appear professional, as the recruiter was taking the call from a bedroom that looked quite unkempt. I believe candidates and interviewers should both extend the same level of professionalism and courtesy during interviews, including showing up prepared and in an appropriate environment.
The conversation itself felt rushed and somewhat dismissive. The recruiter quickly concluded that my background appeared “too entry level” based solely on reviewing my CV during the call, without asking further questions to better understand my actual responsibilities or experience in my current role. As a result, the interview was cut short without a meaningful discussion about my qualifications.
While I understand that not every candidate will be the right fit for a role, I believe a more thorough and respectful conversation would have provided a fairer assessment of my experience.
Overall, the interaction felt unprofessional and did not reflect a positive candidate experience.
