Very bad discussion with recruiter. Veru rude person. First call had general questions. If shortlisted, second round with hiring manager, role-specific queries. Potential third round with team members or higher-ups. Final offer or rejection.
I had a phone call where I was assigned a task, but they later told me the task was insufficient. They didn't provide any real feedback or explanation. It's frustrating how the company always lacks clear communication and transparency. Their approach is disorganized and unprofessional, leaving employees confused and undervalued
