First a general interview, then a second, if you pass there is a written exercise and then one final interview. First interview is generally pretty straightforward and good. It was clear and to the point, which I appreciated. Second interview was just OK. The questions in the second interview were actually much more general or basic than in the first interview, which I'd say is actually a detriment - because the interviewer is not really getting as good of an overall look at your skills and experience. Overall, I'd say the second interview could have been better. The second interview was almost identical to the first, although it was actually less in depth, so an evaluation could probably have just been made solely based off of the first interview. In any case, it seems that Deel has a great product. Their interview process still seems to be relatively well put together, but there is some room for improvement.
