Interview
4 rounds total.: 1 - HR, 2 - take home assignment, 3 - tech team, 4 - culture fit. The interviews & take home assignment where pretty easy, with a lot of focus on concurrency and the issues that arise with using it. The people were friendly and nice. Everything was well organized.

Interview
It was a 1.5-hour conversation. Everything felt pretty easy until we went deeper into some SQL topics. Overall, the offer felt quite low it seems like they’re aiming for cheaper labor.
I just met with HR. The lady was not friendly, that's why I felt a bit stressed. The job interview was not conducted professionally. The person I spoke to wasn't knowledgeable enough.
