The process consisted in a screening meeting with a tech recruiter, just to know a little bit about yourself, and your experiences, and if you pass on that, you're going to do a take home test and they want you to do in 2 business day and expect you to solve it in 3 to 5 hours, that honestly is short period if you have a full time job. Then you have a interview with the technical team, and they may ask you some questions about your experience, and about the your take home test. This step felt very rushed, as you need to talk about your experiences, answer some questions, do a leet code question, and then a system design in the end.
The interviewer which was a team lead was a little bit unfriendly to be honest, he sometimes started laugh on some of my answers instead of helping or saying explicity that I was wrong, and was interrupting my answers frequently repeating the same questions, like if you don't do what they want you to do, you're completely wrong, and they don't say anything. Overall, a bad interview experience.
