Tammy, the head of talent at Deepgram, was fantastic to work with. She is one of - if not the - best recruiter I've had the pleasure to interview with. All our communication was fast and effective.

Question 1
The first round of interviews was directed at understanding my motivations for taking on the job role. The second round of interviews was technical in nature, with the goal to evaluate my technical knowledge and how I communicate technical information.

Ghosted after call with hiring manager.
No response from recruiter after several follow ups. Not sure what happened but they seem overwhelmed with the amount of candidates they are interviewing
Applied through website, recruiter reached out. Took about 2 weeks after providing availability to schedule initial call. Scheduled second call with hiring manager fairly quickly. Did not hear back after second call with hiring manager. Followed up with recruiter, and also did not hear anything back.
