Interview
The phone interview lasted almost 1 hour and was very detailed. But there was nothing unexpected. Alot of the information relating to the questions could be found online and on the Deloitte website. The questions asked for real life examples and explanations therefore being honest would be the best option.

Give two examples when u had to change your working pattern and how u responded to changing circumstances?
1)Dinámica de grupo para saber quién es el más creativo, ejerce un papel de líder. En definitiva los distintos roles de cada persona.
2) examen de normativa contable, GAAP/IFRS

La dinámica sobre organizar un catering para un evento de auditoría de Deloitte y para la individual elegir entre una baraja de cartas un par de ellas, y en cada una había una situación donde debías posicionarte si está bien o mal el ejemplo dado y argumentar tu posición.
