Very thorough and descriptive overview of the interview process beforehand. They typically use a behavioral interview strategy, and ask for examples of when you've put your skills to use as opposed to outright asking what those skills are. Very congenial conversation.

three interviews the same day with different level of hierarchy. They ask relevant questions related to the position and there is unless questions such as "3 strenghts and 3 weaknesess"
