3 rounds-HR,Technical and Partner rounds.HR questions are the usual-tell me about yourself,etc.Technical-Accounting Standards(v.imp),CARO,Auditing Standards,articleship work experience(imp.),Revised Schedule VI.Partner round varies depending on the partner taking the interview from just a formality to actual interviewing.But generally need to be prepared with the same stuff as the tecnical.
