Interview
To apply for the position, I sent my CV and cover letter, explaining my interest for the role. After a couple of weeks, they replied telling me I had been shortlisted for an interview. Between the interview, itself and the application passed roughly three weeks. The communication was accurate and on point.
First basic questions and process sheets. After that I go an invitation for a virtual meeting. However did not take place since I had to reschedule and then just quit my application.
Very straightforward and highly intuitive, this process requires virtually no specialized technical knowledge or prior experience. It is designed to be simple, accessible, and easily manageable for almost anyone involved.
An online application review, digital assessments/initial calls lasts about 30 minutes, and one or more rounds of competency-based interviews. Behavioral, scenario-based, and technical questions, a case study or presentation. An assessment day.
