3 stages of online assessments and Hirevue questions. Quite abstracted from technical principles and more interested in soft skills and workplace awareness. Questions around structuring and scheduling a simulated project and writing responses to certain issues within a project.

Write an email responding to a team member about project progress and time prioritisation.
Primero se realiza una llamada con recursos humanos y posteriormente se hace una sesión en grupo y participar en dinámicas variadas para evaluar el trabajo en equipo. Para finalmente tener una reunión con responsables técnicos y de recursos humanos.

el proceso de la entrevista se trata de preguntas sobre mi experiencia, resolviendo cuestiones prácticas y sencillas. Mostré interés con preguntas finales. La entrevista fue clara, profesional y me sentí seguro.
