Good.
If there is a demand for skills are there they will hire..
They call but reply back very late.. HR process is very slow and they go back to business for every query.
but dont have future plan on what the person will be doing?
First with the team lead and then with the Partner. The phone screening is with teh HR rep. The whole process takes about 1 month from teh start to the finish

Interview

The interview happened in 3 rounds, 2 technical and 1 techno manegerial. Technical round had back to back Technical questions with second round more focused on scenario based questions. Managerial was just 20 minutes
