The interview process was really quick. When we reach the reception, the HR manager will lead you to a room to wait for your turn for an interview. There were 2 other candidates waiting for their turn for interview as well. Once the previous candidate was done, they will show you the way to the meeting room where an audit manager or senior manager conducts the interview.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Deloitte (Milan) in May 2026

Il colloquio si compone di tre step:
1. chiamata da parte del team HR che ti spiega il processo e ti chiede di raccontarti
2. giornata di lavoro in gruppo + test AI + test inglese
3. colloquio tecnico col manager
it was two thirty minute interviews. The first was with a senior or manager and was all behavioral questions, and the second was with a Managing director or Partner and was mostly just chatting.
Basically the whole thing was a vibe check to see if you're an alright person. jsut answer honestly and you will do fine. Also they may ask for OT hours
