I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Deloitte (Portugal) in Apr 2022
Interview
Two video interviews with managers and a quizz to solve at home regarding some technologies I mentioned i had experience in. After that the offer came in rather fast by email.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Deloitte (Lisbon, Lisbon District) in Mar 2026
Interview
I was directly contacted by HR because I was from a target school in Lisbon (IST). I had a small interview with a very friendly person from HR and it was very chill. She explained the process and asked normal questions (personality, projects, hobbies). For the final stage, they organised a big event in their office with everyone that passed through (~200). They divided us into teams of ~5 and we had a small project that we had to work on and do a small final pitch. At the end of the day, there was a final interview with a partner. The questions were still personal but a little more complicated. Here are some examples: Favourite and worst course/area, if I wanted to never code again or be locked without talking to anyone on the job, one time things went bad for me, why should they hire me. And other people told me there were little brain teasers like how many lamp posts for a highway between X and Y or what's the angle that the clock pointers make at a certain hour.
An English and a technical test to be done remotely, a presencial group activity at the company, and finally an interview with a manager. A bit time consuming, but everyone was nice and there was a lot of flexibility.
I applied online. I interviewed at Deloitte (Porto, Oporto) in Aug 2025
Interview
First interview by phone, second online with a manager, very simple, the manager wasn't the friendliest. They responded very quickly, 24 hours after the interview I already had an answer.
