Interview
The interviewer, not from Indonesia, brought a refreshing politeness and ease to our conversation. Their approachability made the interview feel more like a constructive discussion rather than a formal interrogation, a departure from typical Indonesian interviews. This unique perspective added depth and made me feel genuinely heard. I commend their professionalism and thank them for the enlightening experience.
You will need to complete Accounting, english, and Hirevue test before interview with HR. Then will move to user, usually manager from your business unit. Maybe will ask about your past project or about PSAK (if accounting). Took a month to get offering letter. HR will call you if you get accepted.
Interview process was smooth but took time to be scheduled. After the interview, feedback was quick but the interview was rescheduled several times. Interview consisted of behavioral questions with 2 interviewers from the same department.

one online video assessment with three questions
one live interview with 2 members of the team with ~10 questions
The interview was laid back with mostly behavioural questions asking about my past experience and how I could contribute to the team etc.
