There was a shortlisting test before the interview rounds. After shortlisting, there were 3 rounds in the process, 1st round was a group discussion round where we were given a topic on the spot. Shortlisted candidates then had a 2nd round as basic interview round where the interviewer asked you question from your resume. The final round was a partner round, where the partner asked some tough questions related to your past performance and why you should be selected for the given role.

Two interview rounds scheduled back to back (1 hour total), was asked a mix of behavioral/scenario-based and technical questions. Last round (30 min) was done a week later with a director. Ghosted after all rounds :)
