My interview went excellently. The entire process was structured, transparent, and respectful. From the beginning, they clearly explained all the stages to me: from the initial screening to final interview. Communication was a key part: I always received timely feedback and had clear expectations set at each stage. The conversation was two-way; I was able to not only showcase my skills but also learn more about the company's culture and values.
