Evaluating a design engineer without ever reviewing their design work demonstrates a severe disconnect between the Talent Acquisition team and the actual requirements of the technical departments. The process concluded with a generic, automated rejection email, highlighting a complete disregard for the time candidates invest in applying to the firm.
