1 hour face-to-face interview. 1-1 interview with the partner of the twam. interviewer were very nice. chill interview with typical standard interview questions. Interviewer encouraged me to ask questions, so the interview was mostly me asking her questions. run through resume and asked questions about school experience/projects.
It was a two stage interview. First the managers interview which also serves as the panel interview. Then the partners interview. Ideally, it is mostly brief. it can be one or more partner.

Overall, it was a good experience. Suggest preparing well and being honest to align with the company’s values and long-term goals. The questions vary depending on the role probably. Also suggest preparing your own questions, those are always important.
