Ok interview, seemed to go well. Friendly, unstructured interview style. Only to receive a very generic templated rejection.
Asked for all salary documents etc even before the interview - seems slightly unusual as it’s usually the final stage of usual recruitment process.
The three-stage process included a case study and involved meeting several team members. Overall, it was a positive experience although the recruiter took a while to inform me about the offer.
The interview process was long and slow. Took a lot of time to connect, but was worth the effort. The interviews were good and informative, but the turn around time was high, had to wait for good 2 months to hear back
