Delta Dental Plans Association interview questions

The recruiter call was fairly easy, but the rest of the interview process was inconsistent and disorganized. I was supposed to get an email for next steps, I was met with silence, I reached out to inquire and was told the HM was on vacation, and then received an email thanking me for interviewing and that the position was filled even though I never formally interviewed.

Interview was great…just a few behavioral questions, no technical questions, just behavioral questions only about your self, weaknesses, strengths, languages you can code in etc eg Python, Java, talked about hourly rate and accommodation
